What does Calm Leaf sell?
Hemp tea flower, solid extracts, Pick N Mix bundles and Calm Leaf merchandise: caps & hats, plus accessories such as grinders, lighters and rolling trays.
What is hemp tea?
Loose hemp flower from EU-approved cultivars, sold for brewing or infusion. It is not intended for smoking.
What are solid extracts?
Pressed or static solid extracts made from EU-approved hemp, sold as an aromatic collectable. It is not intended for smoking, heating or consumption.
What do the grades mean?
Grades from A up to A++ Platinum reflect the quality of each batch, including density, trim and aroma. Platinum is our highest grade.
How do Pick N Mix bundles work?
Choose a bundle, select your varieties on the product page and add it to your basket. Every bundle includes free UK delivery.
Testing and compliance
Is every batch lab tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an accredited, independent laboratory before it goes on sale. If a product does not have a current report, it is not listed.
What do you test for?
Cannabinoid profile, confirming THC below 0.2%, plus heavy metals, pesticides, microbial contamination and moisture content.
Where does your hemp come from?
Every variety comes from cultivars listed on the EU Common Catalogue of agricultural plant varieties.
Do you make health claims?
No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Can I order if I am under 18?
No. Calm Leaf sells to adults aged 18 and over only.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free over £49 and takes 1 to 2 working days. Next-day tracked delivery with DPD is free over £79, or £7.95 below that.
When does next-day delivery apply?
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm are usually delivered the next working day via DPD. Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, across Liverpool and Merseyside postcodes L1 to L40 for orders placed before 12pm. Each zone has a minimum order. See delivery information.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We deliver to the UK mainland only. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man, a surcharge may apply, so please contact us before ordering.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Hemp tea, solid extracts and Pick N Mix bundles are non-returnable once dispatched. Merchandise, including caps, clothing and accessories, has a 14 day refund policy. See our returns policy.
Can I return hemp tea, solid extracts or Pick N Mix bundles?
Hemp tea, solid extracts and Pick N Mix bundles are non-returnable once dispatched. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away and we will put it right.
Can I return merchandise?
Yes. Merchandise, including caps, clothing and accessories, has a 14 day refund policy. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first to arrange a return.
How long do merchandise refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
