Use 1 to 2g per 250ml of water. Start with 1g if you are new to a batch. Pour over water just off the boil, around 90 to 96°C, steep for 5 to 8 minutes, then strain.

How do I brew hemp tea?
Use 1 to 2g per 250ml of water just off the boil (around 90 to 96°C) and steep for 5 to 8 minutes, then strain. Our brewing guide explains each step.
